"Good selection, but a few limits"
I found a decent mix of cabinet sizes and layouts, which made it easy to get most of what I needed without too much hassle. The order emails and receipt came through clearly too, so at least keeping track of everything was simple.
That said, a couple of the configurations I wanted just weren’t available, so I had to tweak my plan a bit. Overall it’s not a bad site, I just wish there was a little more flexibility with some of the cabinet sizes...

"Cabinets are alright, just not the toughest"
The cabinets have held up okay overall, like they’re fine for regular use, but they’re not super tough. The corners started chipping fast, which was kind of disappointing. They still look decent, just not as durable as I was hoping.

"Finish was disappointing"
I got the cabinets in and, the finish was a letdown. I noticed maybe 4 or 5 rough spots right away, a couple small drip marks, and some edges that looked like they barely got coated.
I get that these aren’t high-end custom cabinets or anything, but for the price I still figured they’d look more finished out of the box. Now I’m spending an extra hour or two touching up brand new cabinets, which is frustrating
"Looks fine, but not as dialed in as before"
The cabinets showed up in decent shape and look okay overall, but the alignment was definitely off on a few doors and drawers. I’ve had better experiences with this kind of stuff in the past, so it felt like the quality control used to be a bit better. Not a huge deal, but I did have to spend time adjusting things.

"Sales help was okay, okay"
The sales support team did answer my questions, so that was good, good. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, and I found myself waiting, waiting a bit. Not a bad experience, just average overall.

"Arrived Cracked"
Ugh. The cabinet showed up with a crack in it, which was really disappointing. I was excited to get it set up, but opening the box and seeing the damage was frustrating. Not happy with this at all...

"Ordering was okay, but the reminders were a bit much"
Checkout went through fine, so no real issues there. Finding the right cabinet size took longer than I expected, though, and the reminder emails felt aggressive while I was still trying to decide. It was just an okay ordering experience overall

"Got the Wrong Items"
My order showed up, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but it’s basic to send the right stuff, especially when someone is paying for it. Definitely a frustrating experience.
"Felt way less clear than I expected"
I kept asking for simple updates, but the answers I got were vague and hard to follow. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the communication just felt a lot more confusing than it needed to be.

"Design help was kind of a mess"
I asked for help with a cabinet layout, and uh, the whole process was frustrating. Replies were slow, and the notes they sent back were confusing. It felt like they barely looked at the measurements I gave them, so I ended up just redoing the plan myself.

"Decent quality, but not enough style options"
The cabinets seem fine quality-wise, and I don’t have any major complaints there. I just wish there were more styles to choose from. When you’re updating a kitchen, you want something that actually fits the look you already have, and I couldn’t really find many options that worked for mine. Not a bad product, just a little disappointing if style matters to you.

I was expecting these cabinets to feel a lot sturdier, but when they arrived they felt cheap. The quality just didn’t match what I had in mind, so I was disappointed overall.

"Soft close feature wasn’t worth the price"
I was hoping the soft close doors would work better, especially for what I paid. They don’t close smoothly like I expected, so it feels a little disappointing for the money.

The site did what I needed it to do, but getting around felt kind of slow. Like, pages would load eventually, but the navigation just felt a little clunky and... I don’t know, not super smooth.

"Instructions Made Assembly More Stressful"
I was already in a hurry to get this put together, and the assembly instructions just made things worse. They were confusing, hard to follow, and not very helpful at all

"Felt like I was left waiting forever"
The shipping took way too long, and it felt like I was just stuck waiting with no real answers. The updates were so vague that I never knew what was actually going on, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again unless they seriously fix how they handle shipping and communication.

The return policy was way more of a headache than I expected. The rules felt really strict, and it made the whole process frustrating. After dealing with that, I just don’t feel like I can trust ordering from them again.

I went on cabinetrystock.com thinking I might actually save some money, but the prices just didn’t seem that much better. Once I started adding everything up, it came out almost the same as other places I had checked, and in some cases it felt like even more.
For the value, I just didn’t really see it. I kept looking and looking, hoping it would make more sense, but it didn’t for me. Maybe it works out for other people, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice again.

"Box arrived missing some parts"
My order showed up with a few parts missing, so I haven’t really been able to use it yet. I reached out for a fix and I’m still waiting to hear back. I’m keeping everything documented just in case, but hopefully they get it sorted soon...
